★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to the Jurong East branch of Games Haven twice and at both times I've been served by the same person who just seems annoyed that he is serving a customer there. I am not looking for a friendly chat but I don't need to be treated with contempt. I am avoiding this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy customer service from the owner Jeff Gan in these years since Bishan days. Card grading wise having problem on top of having arrogant attitude. There are better LGS around Singapore to patronise. One star grading to your shop. His face looks like getting banged by lorry at the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked in the corner of Geylang, this place is pretty accessible from Paya Lebar MRT station.
I have quit magic a decade ago but recently came back as a collector due to fancy sets lately. Owner was nice and entertained my questions.
They are also doing the Quintessential Commander channel on YouTube and it's an entertaining watch.

They were very patient and gave me alternatives that are very close to those I wanted as the inner sleeve I wanted was out of stock. The whole place is cold which is great to match Singapore's weather. Highly recommended to give this place a try
