Gastro-orgasm.. if there is such a word to describe the sublime and heightened tast buds as a result of the stupendous cakes and bakes from the one and only Ganache. One can be spoilt for choice.. be it the pandan cake or swiss rolls and many others. My fav has to be the mango fresh cream cake. It is a delightful creation yet filled with sinful vast layers of sweet mango coupled with an extraordinary thick coat of fresh cream. Not too sweet not too mashy, not too damp.. it is at the Goldilocks zone of perfection. One bite and it fills one with joy while igniting the whole sensory experience. You will be left wanting for more and asking why didnt you GET MORE!! Enjoy while it lasts because the Chef wont be around forever to bake these marvellous creations.

One word to describe that feeling with the first bite of cake from Ganache... HEAVEN ❣️ I have ordered the pandan cake and mango swiss roll several times. It always tastes delicious and the cake quality is superb (soft, not overly sweet, just the perfect balance of sweetness using natural pandan juice or mango fruit the cream is very light and the cake texture is moist and soft). You won't taste any artificial sweetener or flavours.

The pandan burnt cheesecake was so good! Everyone loved it. I think the best review came from my MIL. She is not a fan of cheesecakes. Yet your cheesecake … she asked us to make a repeat order. Well done!
