★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional confectionery shop. Just need to check the expiry date of the bread. Sometime it is just a day or 2 to expiry.
Other than that there is a wide variety of the breads in reasonable price. Everlasting promo of 2 Swiss rolls for 5 SGD.
All good. Just check the expiry date!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent bakery. They accept card payments including credit cards and NETS. With no minimum spending which is very beneficial for consumers. There is a wide variety of bread selections. From individual bread pieces to nicely packed 4 buns in a bag and cakes as well. Often they would have promotions in the late evening before closing, where the bread are sold off at a cheaper price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located close to Kopitiam Square and Compass One, it makes a convenient option when one is looking for pastries/deserts other than that from Prima Deli and Four Leaves in Compass One. It is also the halal certified option among the other pastry shops. Only downside is its size which limits the shopping space and options available to choose from. However for its size, I feel that it covers most of the main categories of pastry such as cakes, bread, and deserts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The neighbourhood bakery. If you want to receive service from the servers, then you would need to go when there is no crowd. With a crowd, they struggle to meet the demands and often, accept queue cutter. Cost is aceptable if you take into account their "free" buns. A raised price to get you to buy more is a gimmick that prevails in this store. 1 product is expensive but if you get 3, the price becomes normalised as you dived the total cost by 3. Sadly, service has led me to avoid this store even though overall, they make excellent products.
