Fantastic gelato now in the East!

Must try hand-made premium gelato at the newly renovated i12 Katong Mall! It is conveniently located at level one, offers a wide variety of delightful gelatos, and the staff are all super friendly. Shoutout to Carey for giving us his recommendations! My wife and I will be back again to try the other flavours like mango. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Nicer then birds of paradise. The Belgium chocolate with liquor is a keeper !

Update: The International area manager reached out to me and thanked me for my feedback and said that they are working with the ops team in SG to offer a wider variety available. They also offered me a complimentary gelato of my fav flavours which was quite gracious of them. What impressed me was that on subsequent visits, the indian staff remembered my fav flavours which I thought was very nice. I have been heading back regularly. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original Review: They serve decent gelatos but my advice to everyone is not to visit near closing time. I found out through my very poor experience during my last visit on 13 April 2022. I had craving for my fav flavours at 9pm and I knew they were closing at 9:30 so I rushed down to the shop. When I arrived at 9:20pm, the staff had cleared all the flavours except for 6 flavours, none of which were the ones I wanted. I asked the staff if they had choc sherbet or pistachio and one of them told me it was OUT OF STOCK. We all know that the truth was that they kept the flavours early. So I ended choosing 2 favours I didn't like and felt super annoyed and had a lousy aftertaste. Gelatissimo, if you want to start clearing your gelato early, please state your closing time at be at 9pm instead of 9:30pm. It is super annoying to purposely come down to get gelatos only to see your staff having cleared almost all the flavours before official closing time.

INSANELY good chilli chocolate gelato !!! The amount of chilli is just right to make it nice and spicy, and the chocolate was yummy, dark and rich. Probably one of the best chocolate gelatos I have ever had (and I am very particular about my chocolate gelato/ice cream) ! Highly recommended !

Located just along the entrance of renovated i12 Katong Mall! It is conveniently located at level one. The stall captures my attention with a range of interesting ice-cream decorations, It offers a wide variety of delightful gelatos, and the staff are all super friendly. I will be back again to try the other flavours; it is not sweet and Australia-made ice-cream.
