Chun Kiat was referred by my clinic for my daughter who injured her shoulder during her volleyball competition. He has helped diagnose and treated her shoulder as well as shown her exercises to stabilize and strengthen her shoulder and back. Facilities are new and gym is spacious

Milestone is an amazing clinic that I would refer to anyone who wishes to see a physio. I had a sudden shooting pain down by back and leg. After seeing Chun Kiat for two sessions my back feels amazing. Chun Kiat is very friendly and helpful as well.

I’ve had about 8 sessions or so with Chun Kiat. Firstly, I had a back sprain due to muscle imbalances which Chun Kiat helped me to rectify the issues with his massages and exercises. Soon after, I had a high ankle sprain that hurt like hell after playing football. I immediately called Chun Kiat and he’s been helping me deal with this niggling issue. The studio is located within Core Collective at i12Katong. It’s clean, bright and you get access to the Core Collective gym when Chun Kiat prescribes you exercises to do. Not to mention, i12 is a nice place to be at. Above all, the best thing about Milestone Therapy is Chun Kiat. His friendly demeanour and personable nature always makes me feel like i’m chatting with a close friend. My sessions with him always feel like they pass by too quickly because of all the conversations we have while he’s treating my issues. Overall, highly recommended to anyone who’s looking for a physiotherapist to get your niggling issues sorted. I’ll definitely be heading to Milestone Therapy and Chun Kiat whenever I have pain because I know Chun Kiat will get it sorted!

I first visit Milestone Physiotherapy with hope that I can recover from my 1 month long back pain and when the pain worsen after visiting a polyclinic's physiotherapist. Chun Kiat was quick to diagnose and point out where exactly was the issue during our first session. And was shocked to hear what stretching exercises the prior physiotherapist taught me as the exercises were too tense to do for my condition. After the assessment, Chun Kiat proceeded to do dry needling on my problem areas to ease the muscle tension. He made sure I was comfortable and always checking if I was okay. This is my first time doing dry needling and after the session I felt like a whole new person. We ended the session with guiding me on exercises that can help with my condition. I just came back from my second session after 1 week. Chun Kiat did dry needling on 3 different areas that I felt pain/discomfort at and after assessing my condition. He made sure what he did make me better than before, and providing me with new stretches so I can exercise my problem areas. Chun Kiat is my life savior (not even kidding). Truly grateful and looking forward to the next session!

I went to Milestone Physiotherapy as I was feeling numbness and tightness in my left leg and had difficulty walking. The studio was clean, bright and comfortable and Chun Kiat was very reassuring and professional in his assessment. He was very concise in his recommendation and did not try to push for more than what I needed. He was very thorough in finding out my history and key living habits and was very mindful about my comfort level throughout the session. There was a systematic approach applied and I was given a set of stretches and exercises that was effective and easy to follow. I had just finished my 2nd session and I am already feeling 70% better! Already looking forward to my next session!
