β β β β β Service and communication is terrible. Did a blood test for my domestic helper on Tues and the results are not even back after 1 week. They assured me that the results would be back after a few days. During the waiting period they did not bother to update me or call me at all. I had to call a few times daily to get an update on the status of the results.

β β β β β My Friend recommended me to see Dr Liao .He is Very very responsive , experienced& patient , very clearly explained to me my body check up report. As my result was not good, clinic made several call to me and chase me go for further checking.
Few days later he personally call again to verify make sure I had see Poly clinic doctor and made appointments in CGH as well as follow up with what medicine was given to me etcβ¦.
Also , his mandarin is sooo good, and fluent in Mandarin medical terms.
Before he retired , if location suitable for you, you can go and see him.
