B	Benedict Hew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service even with surprisingly rowdy patients this afternoon, good doctor with a quick diagnosis and calming demeanor. Medical checkups done fast, but now requires prior appointment
V	Vin MAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a blood test last Saturday morning as part of the health checkup. Was rather disappointed as I noted the doctor in charge drew my blood through a syringe before transferring the 4 tubes instead of how the usual method of vaccum tubes. Hence that made blood drawing a little unpleasant and painful to some extent. Worst part was that pain sustained for 3 days before the bruise on my forearm was noted. Not too sure if it’s an effect of over-tightening of forearm or blood drawing process. Hopefully the management can look into this and reply.

I was so surprise that there is only one staff and she don’t even know about the appointment. The person doing the test also is not there. Did not even have the courtesy to inform early that there is no one available at the clinic. No doctor and no patients at all. Clinic is better to be closed at all.
L	Lina Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 May'22, I came to this clinic at about 3pm plus (they closed at 5pm). I walk in wanting to get my employment check up done. They were 3 ladies sitting at the counter, no customer, 1 of the counter lady ask me whether did I made any appointment, I reply "No" then she said, no appointment cannot do. More than 1 hour before they were closed, they also didn't want to do it for me. I look at the list of other branch, I saw there is one near my area so I decided to go 26 Jln Membina branch. Reach there I can't find Healthway clinic, I saw another clinic name about the same, I went in to ask, she said Healthway it was next door but it has been closed 7 years ago. My goodness their list given to their customer is not updated. I call on 6/5/22 morning to KWSH branch to arrange for appointment for employment check up, I thought I can get the check up done on the same day but she said the early date is on 11/5/22. I don't know why this branch make things so difficult for customer. I call another branch, they don't need any appointment, just walk in and they get it done for me. This branch really needs to improved their service.

Company claimed that can just walk in to any Healthway medical clinic but when I visited this branch, the staff said that they usually only accept by appointment. However, I was glad they decided to close one eye for that day & slotted me in without needing to make an appointment. Spent about an hour in the clinic : Urine test + doctor consultation (blood pressure, vision test, draw blood). Not bad a waiting time considering I was a walk in. No x-ray facilities on site so had to hop over to a nearby partner clinic for the chest x-ray. Only suggestion for improvement would be the attitude of the counter staff (Chinese lady) : Her replies were curt & not really welcoming.
