β β β β β I love this clinic as the staff are so warm and professional and Dr. Koh is my fave doctor as she is very friendly, patient and I always feel very at ease. Highly-recommended GP clinic. Keep up the good work.

β β β β β If I could state no star, I would. Dr. Koh Min Jie's lack of confidence and experience was evident. Not only that, she possesses a know-all attitude which is distasteful. When I told her of my problem, she simply brushed it aside without offering solution. And when she was at her wit's end and became irritated, her solution was to see another doctor instead. I am surprised with all the good comments about her as she doesn't strike me as someone who is knowledgeable and patient. Maybe she was having a bad day I do not know but as a doctor, she should be well-versed in what she is doing. Perhaps she is only good at certain aspect of her work and lack the experience for the rest.

β β β β β Walked in to make appointment for pdt pcr, asked to email the details. Sent email on 18th, followed up on 21st, even return to clinic and ask, and the reception told will send me confirmation email. 25th clinic called, i did not pick up, call back multiple times, never answer. 26th I called again, answered, and they told me need to cancel because 1st Feb is PH they unable to send results. Only until a week they are able to figure out 1st feb is PH and they are not working. Low reliability, not trustworthy, low efficiency. Could have reply my email to inform, but they just dont care.

β β β β β Was facing some issue with my medical card and Siti the counter nurse was very helpful and patient in solving my issue with the insurance company! Doctor was also very nice and explain my medical conditions very clearly. Service at this clinic was definitely top notch!
