★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many types of Fried Oyster Omelette, and the plate I had at Ghim Guan is more towards the moist but tasty version. Fans of the oily but crunchy might be slightly disappointed, but I personally found the "well-cooked but not dry" texture of their omelette, and fresh oysters to be of good satisfaction.
Expect a queue though, I ordered my $8 portion around dinner time and got it in 30-40mins.
Apart from oyster omelette, they also serve fried carrot cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A S***i below ask for Oyster Fried and expect it not oily; what the f**k ... You waste food, nobody ask you to. And if you want non oily, don't bloody go for fried food, at least - don't be cheapo, have an Omellette instead. My experiences was, both Teo Chew Uncle were courteous and let me know that they fried my omelette afterwhich ..... Food wise, awesome, personally. Full of Wok Hei and taste are great - The oyster can see it is fresh (At Least Drfrost properly)... Thumbs Up ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not overly greasy oyster omelette, with equal amount of egg and starch ratio. Unlike some stalls where there are more starch than egg! Eggy and fragrant, perfect as afternoon snacks.
Uncle was really friendly. Easy to chit chat while waiting on tapao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a short queue at the stall but was well organized with buzzer given for you to receive the food once it's ready. It was ready pretty fast, within 10 minutes. Ordered their oyster omelette and black carrot cake. Their oyster omelette was pretty good and decent. It was not as starchy as compared to other places. Most of their oysters were pretty fresh. And combined with chilli It was tasty. Their carrot cake was also delicious too. There was nice wok hey and it was pretty rare to taste that. However overall it was a bit too oily to my liking. Can eat once in awhile.
