Rude indian cashier name jenny . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE will never come down to this giant again .

Poor customer service. Very rude and impolite. Never in my life, experience nor write an unpleasant feedbacks towards mankind but this time round, the lady was too intolerable. If you having a bad day nor not in a mood of working, take a day off. You don't have had to shred other people day. You are just really terrible. Someone that is so ill mannered! What a nasty experience i had. Good luck to you lady! Please do honour to your job as a customer service representative and sense for others. I did not want to divulge her indentity but since you had publicize me infront of the other shoppers, i had no other alternative. Shopper's, please kindly be heedful of the worker named, Wati. She is just a blockhead that need some knowledge to improve her thoughts for others and be mindful of her words towards guest. #feelingdilapidate

It's a 24hrs store. Bigger than expected from outside. Almost has everything and some items are in sale as well. Expect offers on green veggies like spinach etc, fruits and milk section. They are promoting a new australian milk. Less price, yet to taste. Vouchers can be used here along with other payment options. Staff is also nice. Overall good experience.

I don't think there has been a single time when I come here and got everything I need. Always something they don't have. And I have lived here 5 years They need to carry more stuff. They don't even have star anise. That's like pretty common for cooking here. Better to go other supermarkets.

Not so much items to find. Can't find diapers for the brand and size I looking for

Cashier Discriminates against my Mother cuz she looks like she is from China. Is this right? I'm going to lodge a corporate complaint.

Very limited choice of products. Either there's no stock of a specific item or they over stock that one item. Eg, looking for original flavoured nuggets by Meadows but they only have spicy flavoured. Otherwise, it's alright to get basics like bread, eggs, rice etc... Also try to avoid going if you see this one particular cashier. A line will always form especially when she's the only one there. Regular customers might know who. If there are other cashiers around, go to them instead. If you really have to, just make sure there's only a few customers around. Otherwise might be faster to go to another supermarket.

Someone has to either discard the old stock or replenish it. It's an eye-sore to see spoilt "fresh" vegetables still for sale what's more those seafood. Walking pass the section can make a person feeling nauseated.
