★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to Punggol 1.5 years ago. Been looking for a good GP to be regular family doctor. Been to a few in punggol and so far this is the best. Staff was courteous and considerate. Dr Danny Loh is great. Patience in listening. No rush to diagnose and prescribe. Very understanding when I was unable to physically bring my aged mother for follow up consultation and he still was willing to consult with me on behalf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same as other reviews, google say close at 3.30pm i came at 1.30pm and they said doctor went home at 12pm but yet they are still open God knows for what reason … i even called before making the trip but no answer, and when i arrived nurse sitting happily at counter not doing anything…
Poor management with no basic etiquettes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are having some emergency situation on 20th dec and rush to this clinic at 10.30pm but the clinic have closed down already, at the google map mention this clinic supposed to open till 11pm. I hope the clinic owner can update this information and not causing other experience the same like us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there needed to do swap again. The Male doctor was so rough and painful he straight up just shoved it in my nose not bothering to ask me anything before doing it. Never coming back here again.

Patient need to travel another clinic again.
Next time you can state what time available or update the Web..
Not recommended when you feeling really sick but No Doctor available when clinic is Open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came at 2.20pm to the clinic because the website mentioned that they are closed at 10pm. It was an emergency, and I travelled all the way far for this clinic since the rest are closed in google. Upon registration, the counter said they are close because doctors are going home at 3pm. I mentioned that its not 3pm yet, but she said the waiting time has exceed 3pm. I explained to her my emergency, and she suggested me to go other clinic. Why cant they prioritise a more serious matter? Why mentioned clinic is opened till 10pm if doctors are going home at 3pm? This misleading information has caused way alot of inconvenience to sick patients considering that it was raining too. I ended up taking cab back home, and almost fainted while waiting for cab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am resident here and come here couple time. All the time service from counter is always extremely slow. If I could I would give 0 star. However, doctor Danny is really professional. Their staff definitely need to be more efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time to prohealth. Told the receptionist i will be outside waiting. I was tracking the queue number from outside the entrance. Note that i was in pain. However, waited for an hour only come back to check and missed my queue number 5 numbers behind. would be nice if staff comes out to call for queue number. I also witness an cockroach in the clinic? won’t be back
