He answer all my queries patiently and even entertained queries on my father’s health for free. Very knowledgeable. Fast turnaround for my health screening results also. Highly recommended.

Thanks to the advice of Dr Chen, I've followed up an investigation with regards to my spinal issue. I've always believed that Doctors should be more compassionate towards their patients, this clinic is one of those that does. Keep up the good work.

D	Deepak S Bharadwaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm extremely disappointed with this Clinic. I'm writing this review at 10.15 a.m. from outside the clinic on Wednesday morning. I'm here with my infant baby who had fever all night. By right this clinic is supposed to open to 1pm in the afternoon. But the front staff said the registration was closed for the day at 10am !! Basically, clinic timings is not followed. I asked how can you close 3hrs before the scheduled closing time. I said I have an infant to care, But the staff was very cold. They said come back at 6pm or go another clinic. I even asked for appointment for 6pm. But they said, only walk in. I said I hardly see 3 patients waiting outside, why is registration closed. And then she said the doctor needs to go another clinic. Extremly disappointed and cold. I even asked of she can give paracetamol for baby but the front staff said go and buy from NTUC..

Dr Chen has been really patient throughout the consultation and remained professional as I was sharing my allergies, hence my natural aversion to certain medication. He really exudes compassion when I shared my allergies and even shared wellness tips on how to recover sooner - which I greatly appreciate, as I have several meetings lining up this week. Despite this being my first visit and a rather short one, I really appreciate the genuine patient-first service rendered by the team, given of how busy the team must have been during such challenging times. Thank you all so much and please keep up the excellent work!
