Reason 4 out of 5 was, the product is beautiful however unboxing experience feels ain’t worth so much kinda like lower tier buying guess brand which bit disappointing comparing with another premium brand of similar value.

So I went back to MBS to speak to my salesperson, Joanna for help on this matter. She is very kind, helpful and professional in dealing with what happened to me. She did the same as Paragon staff did, by escalating my issues to Givenchy HQ in Paris and within 1 week, as promised, she managed to get approval to proceed with an exchange for me. I was a bit disappointed after my visit to Paragon as I need to call them back myself and what I got from them was this is not their priority to solve the problem for me. As such, I'm very glad of what Joanna did for me. Truly appreciate your help. Kudos to you! Keep up the good work :) Will definitely return to MBS branch to look for you for future purchase!
