Staff are friendly and attentive. And they will help you to find something that will suit you.

β β β β β Went to this shop to get a last minute down jacket for my 2 year old. Met a fantastic staff named Lia and ended up getting jackets for the entire family. She was kind, knowledgeable and really helpful in helping us understand the benefits of each product. She even went the extra mile and made sure we got the best size that would suit us by letting us try on multiple inner wear/cardigans/jumpers even though her shift was over. If you need to get a jacket from Moncler, do look for Lia :)
