Nikon Experience Hub Singapore

I have been travelling through Singapore for 3 days due to my transit back to Germany. Visitng this Hub was on my bucket list and it did not disappoint, at all. If you are interested in camera technology in general (not just the brand itself), this a must see! This is not a retail store, so by nature employees will not try to sell products. The Hub concept is focused on giving the customer a good experience with the brand and its products as well as answering questions that you might have along the way. Bascially you can try out all the gear (be careful though) and ask questions or be guided. I ended up staying there for almost 2 hours talking to an employee (unfortunately forgot the name) testing out the Nikon Z6 with all the lenses. By far the best convo I ever had in any camera shop (Germany, Southh Korea, Japan, China)! Today I bought my Nikon Z6 with two lenses and made the switch from my Canon 80D with all my gear. This decision is mostly based on the good experience I had in this very Hub! Of course I did all the research as well. Still, trying out the gear and getting a good impression of the brand makes all the difference in the world when you invest 3000 Euro in gear, especially if you are already invested in another brand. My regards to the team working there. Go and visit, you won't regret it.

Friendly, knowledgable and professional! The Nikon Experience Hub Singapore in Funan Mall is crewed by true lovers of the art of photography. One only needs to interact with the staff to feel their passion on the subject. Clive, for instance, listened to my needs in order to recommend the best camera + lens option that matched my budget. He then went the extra mile to sit me down and taught me - a complete DSLR noob - how to best use the numerous functions of my new camera. This took him close to an hour. Truly, he has the patient of a saint! This customer-first service attitude made my day. Kudos to Clive and his team for their excellent service!

Visiting the Nikon Experience is truly one of the best brand experiences I’ve ever had. For over a decade I have been using Nikon products ranging from my first D3100 body to Nikkor lenses up to 500mm. When we walked in, one of the Nikon experts named Clive came up to us to find out what I was after. I told him I was quite keen on upgrading one of my current bodies to a D500. So he firstly started asking me what kind of photographer I am and what my needs and requirements are in combination with my skills. He thought D500 was a very good option for me, but also suggested the brand new Z50. I was very pleased with his suggestion and tried both bodies out with different lenses. He could then very well describe the differences and why maybe moving away from a D to a Z would get me better off. I said I would think about it and got back two days later, walking out with a Z6! Seriously the best body I have ever had, all due to Clive’s great advice, without him even trying to sell it (it’s the most expensive out of Z50, D500 and Z6). I would strongly recommend to go here first before you decide which Nikon product to buy and when. Great advice, great guy, great shop!

Even though I did not purchase my camera there. The customer service was top notch and never pushy. The store is definitely designed as a place where photography lovers could try out all the Nikon cameras and gear without feeling pressured. Huge thumbs up.

I was at Nikon Experience Hub(Funan) last week to check on the Nikon Z7ii. Meet up with the Sales Executive Mr Gary. He was very Professional. Spent almost an hour explaining the Nikon Z7ii. He even let me hands-on the Nikon Z7ii until I'm fully satisfied with the features of the camera. Never push customer to buy. Great!

Staff is very helpful and talented photographer as well! Met Ming Ong, Jeremy and Thomas. Looking forward to meeting them again the next time I am around :)

Many lenses and cameras to play around with. Unfortunately, the staff were too busy being security guards for the shop instead of answering my questions or helping me out. This stores service is a far cry from the other camera shops in funan mall.
