#1 Price was affordable + free upgrade to blue-ray repulsive lens.
#2 Returned after 2 days because the specs didn’t feel right. Pei Yun spent a good amount of time trying to figure out the problem. Did eye check again, did pupil placement check again. Degree & lens were accurate as per first check, but problem still persisted.
#3 Changed the lens FOC, changed the frames FOC. Ensured I could return if there was a problem again.
Overall, GLIMPSE @ Northpoint staff were extremely patient & diligent in providing the best customer service.
I had a pleasant evening. Thank you

You are no different.Try working on hiding the contempt in your faces better and not judge your customers based on race or appearance. Better yet, how bout trying to be better and kinder human beings lest karma comes around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I entered the shop last evening. Both female and male staff in the shop weren't interested in serving , simply standing around and treated us as if we were non- existent. We were the only customers around and yet they couldn't be bothered.
