g	gabriel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sally Goh probably gave me the worst haircut of my life. I asked for a short slope but she completely eradicated my fringe and gave me an extremely high slope instead. Im extremely disappointed in this haircut and i most likely have to deal with this for a long time until my hair grows back. I honestly look embarassing and i find it quite hard to walk around in public with my new hairstyle. I probably sound like i’m exaggerating but as a customer i believe i am also entitled to have expectations, especially if they were not met.

U are professional right if not why this shop allow u to work ? Then just simply cut until my hair I also don't know where to comment bad experience ever

A	AAKK Ang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strongly not recommended. Worst haircut I had among other Kcut branches. Now I scroll down indeed quite number of badreviews given to this aunty, Sally already. She simply have no eye beauty as a hairdresser and can tell she is not passionate in her work. simply follow SOP cut means cut. Image all the whole head hair cut straight liked a Kayou person. Terrible fringe and whole hair cut spoilt by her. Now need to find another hairdresser to fix it. As per photo this kind of simply use scissors to cut means cut i also can do the job. Ask her to thinner the hair she didn't do either cose i guess she don't know how to do.
L	Lex Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blur me inserted $15 into their payment machine even though the haircut costs only $12 and the machine doesn't provide change. I was resigned to forgetting about the extra $3 but the seemingly gruff hairdresser helped me to obtain the change. I really appreciate that she did that even though she's not obliged to. Lee Naa who cut my hair was also efficient and pleasant.

I wanted to just lessen the burden on the ONLY hairdresser when there is A BUNCH OF OTHER CUSTOMERS by getting my money back but it seems that either she doesn't care about the time?or she really just wants the money. Either or, as a customer who has been waiting unreasonably long and want to ease the pressure on them, it's not proper, and I would gladly recommend there be a work life balance for the hairdressers and there not be a staff who only cares about the daily target being met and not the crowd forming up outside of the barber.
J	Jlor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time experienced in this saloon. Paid $12 in machine , took ticket and wait for the queue, luckily it’s quite fast. 10 mints settled. Didn’t expect to have the fancy hairstyle, to me just a conveniency and express service to settle my boy’s messy hair.
