★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service and attitude.Bought 2pc of cloth for $3 but was charge $4.We were told that we had took a different type and not able to exchange them because the stock does not belong to them.So why someone else stock is being displayed in your store? I believe you could still exchange since the other item does not belong to your store too?It is also not fine printed anywhere on your receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t believe the staff at Yishun miniso provide this kind of attitude. Do not admit the fault and do not apologise at all. The staff so forgetful and the supervisor did not solve the problem. The staff said this item got promotion then I bought the item. But in the End , the promotion item is not the one I bought. I paid the original price.
I try to request exchange but cannot because the promotion item is cheaper than the item I bought. But I have asked before purchase. They do not admit the fault and just walked away.
