โ โ โ โ โ Bernard refused to honor an agreement we'd made in writing, and got incredibly agitated: raising his voice in front of customers, suggested that we "resolved the matter like gentlemen", and made vague threats about how "he was a traditional Chinese man who believed in karma." Worst of all, he lied to me and misrepresented terms, which is illegal under consumer (CPFTA) laws. I respect his passion and ownership for the biz, but this behavior was unacceptable. All in all a needlessly stressful and time-wasting experience, which is crazy considering that Glimpse's main value prop is convenience and a hassle-free experience. Would not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Always had a good experience when I visit the store. Not only is the customer service good, but whenever I get glasses there, they are always thorough in their assurance in giving us the right lenses etc. Highly recommended. My best experience compared to the other eye shop I've been to.

โ โ โ โ โ Entered shop on 28 July est. 8.35pm to 8.45pm. I understand that both of the 2 staff are engaged with customer, but when we had eye contact with staff the 2 staff, none of them signalled us or said anything like "I'm sorry, we are busy at the moment. We will attend to you shortly when we are available". They simply just treat us as transparent.
Bad experience. Better go other outlets, don't go Causeway point outlet.

โ โ โ โ โ I went in to buy glasses for the first time here and it was a really good experience! The worker was very friendly and accommodated to me well, and I just had to wait 40mins for my new glasses to be ready! Definitely coming back next time :)

โ โ โ โ โ Came here years ago when it was on level 1 of Causeway Point. Had excellent service during and after when needed some adjustments. My previous pair from Zoff didn't provide any such services. One bad thing is my face is very wide and their widest spectacle frame was not wide enough. Kinda regret getting the frame due to this.
