Amazing service from Adrian! We went to the optical shop around 930pm even though we knew it's operating hours usually ends at 9pm. We just went there hoping someone still around to fix our daughter's spectacle. We were fortunate to meet Adrian who was about to close the shop. He offered to help after we told him what had happened and even said he understand as our daughter will need it for her school the next day. Rarely to meet such wonderful service people. Big 5 Stars for Adrian and Y2k Optics

The price are reasonable. Performs nose bridge adjustment after sales services. Rest assured your Eyes are taken good care. Keep it up Y2K !!!!!

Great service from male salesperson. Even few years back when I bought my specs, was served by him. However, total opposite service from female salesperson when I came to pass my specs to change lens . I might have entered the wrong timing as you are having your (almost finished) meal, but that doesnt mean you can talk to customers like I owe you money ! Came with my young kids hence didnt want to make any scene or whatsoever. Rolled eyes when you walk away to find my detail. Talk in a rude manner especially when I couldnt find my name on the slip. Lady, Ive been in customer service for more than a decade. Even in F&B, my meal time gets interrupted a thousand time but I never once show anger. I even said sorry before talking about the specs. When I came in you ignored all the way. I suggest next time you close the store if you do not want to be disturbed. As I said, i know my timing is wrong but I had no other time to come and I happen to be along the way. But that doesnt mean you have to give cold shoulders to your customers. I do not know what wrong I have done for you to talk in that manner aside to "disrupting" you. Im a paying customer, not getting things for free. Its your job too to assist and if you dont have the patience, the passion, and the service, then its sad.
