First they explained thoroughly what is required and how much the cost is. I was updated on whatsapp on watch availability and collection. It looks brand new again, works perfectly. Thank you to Global Watch Service Centre.

Thanks for Mr. Alex who professionally informed me about the condition. The cost of the battery change was affordable with great service. They got a nice place too. I’m glad that they are willing to take in a modular chronograph movement for a complete overhaul and polishing service. Service duration was around 1.5 weeks.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 3 watches in for battery replacement. Called last min and they asked me to go down (guy on the phone said they were really busy till 4pm but go down to try)
Was served by Mala who was really friendly and sweet. She replaced them in no time. $25 per battery. Fast service, comfortable seats while waiting. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good experience when I sent my Panerai in for repair and servicing. The service staff Axel was very friendly and approachable. When I went back to them to clarify on matters 2 weeks after collecting back my watch. They are still equally friendly and approachable. As for the price of the repair, I think it could have been lower but that is all my opinion. At the end I am just glad the end result is satisfactory. Definitely recommend if you have a luxury watch to repair or service.

Serviced an old millenary there. Every step was explained before seeking our decision to go ahead with it.
Cost is a little premium but understandably from a relatively older model. Provided a one year warranty upon servicing as well.
Will definitely head back for future servicing.
