★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop totally empty. Staff standing around. Security response in a most gruff and discourteous way…. “appointments only” as he almost hit me in the face with a closing door. I know Patek and AP don’t have stock to sell either but their customer service still exists. VC are behind and maybe deservedly with that experience. Totally turned off.

He is very knowledgeable and was very willing to share his knowledge with us. I’m confident and praying something will work out towards purchasing my first VC.
I thank him for making our experience such a pleasant one! Hoping to start a journey with Vacheron Constantin soon.
