β β β β β It has not been the greatest experience. Reserved almost a month in advanced to do a nice manicure for the new year. However, been notified that only one hour was allocated to one person and only one colour was allowed. Made a reservation at 11am and had to wait outside the door since the shop wasnβt opened yet. Tried negotiating simpler designs but was refuted and told it cannot be done. It felt like the staff did not even try and refused so easily. As it was close to Chinese New Year, it was really difficult to reserve another place. An overall unpleasant experience.

Every step of the procedure and itβs purpose was explained to me. Prices are affordable too! No gimmicks/hard sell like other places I went before. Very comfortable experience ????

Price is right, service is good, the utmost worth mentioned is I can feel the manicurist puts her heart throughout each session and that's what make me keep coming back.
