The service is really bad. There is one Fat woman call Pauline. She is so rough, can't even handle people's hair with care. Don't go to this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very good experience with them. Bought expensive a few thousand laser hair hat. Hardly use it, 2 years ago, the plastic of the cap, melted, called to ask for repair. Staff just said, no repair service and now battery not working, replacement of battery is $150 and maybe take 1 week for their consultant to response. Lazada or other online website can get laser cap much cheaper than what they are selling and since no service provided from them as all. As good as getting the product online at 90% discount .

Unlike other brands which I had very bad experience, they are never pushy in selling you the packages but they are more concern if the treatment is effective.
