★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overpriced charging for damages. a friend of mine who is an amateur cyclist had a fall and the charges for damages to the bike was ridiculous. might as well rent bikes through SGBike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d like to recommend the shop on the basis that one of the employees stopped next to me when I was mending my bike today just to make sure I could manage and wanted to make sure I knew where to find help. The shop has to be great if they are all like that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ convenient place to rent bike to cycle around Jurong Lake gardens or do the coast to coast trail for the more adventurous ones. The good thing is you can return the bike at other outlets so you don’t have to backtrack to the original location. $50 deposit in cash needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a mountain bike for 2 hours. Their current fee is $10 per hour for mountain bike rental. But the second hour was free. During registration, a deposit is required, in the form of either a $50 note or a membership card. Rental was hassle-free, and the service was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is alright and it is decent rate for the rental of bikes for all purposes. It also provides a decent range of bikes, such as city bikes and mountain bikes to rent. It is also located in a very convenient location as it is near the chinese garden mrt station, with it being only a 10 minute walk from the station. Overall a great experience here and would recommend to others.

We rented 9 bicycles for night cycling ??! Uncle is very friendly and helpful ☺️. Some of us are beginners and he explained the basics for us!
Before we rent, he ask us to check the front and back lights, brakes, etc. We chose the mountain bikes cause is way easier to manoeuvre compared to the city bikes (but they have baskets).
Night cycling is damn worth, $22 from 7.30pm to 10am the next morning, can return anytime in that period back to the outlet.
