HA Brompton Experiences - 625 Lor 4 Toa Payoh

Eugene and team did a fabulous job servicing/restoring my 11+ year old Brompton. This toy has been left collecting dust for a while. Now it rides like a new bicycle!

Rented a pair of Bromptons from them for the purpose of evaluating our purchase and have absolutely no regrets! Miki is super patient and made sure we knew how to fold and operate the bikes before we left with the rentals. The whole rental experience was fuss-free and they were very accommodating towards our requests as well. Thanks HA! Highly recommended!

Very satisfied with the job done on my almost 10-year-old Brompton. Eugene, Arnold and team colour-matched the paintwork and removed all the major areas of rusty spots. The bike feels like it's gone through a spa and makeover! The team is very friendly, knowledgable about Bromptons and up-front and honest with the prices. Well done, and highly recommended!

Many thanks to Eugene and Sofian for their patience and cheerfulness for the trip which I took with them on Christmas Day 2021. It was my first time on a Brompton which I needed to get used to. But they were exceedingly kind and encouraging. The bike tour was a great way to take in the sights of downtown Singapore!

It was very useful cleaning and maintenance workshop as i get to understand how to better take care of my new bike. Eugene and Dominic were very patient in answering my noob questions as well. although it would have been better if i had attended the workshop 6 months after i bought my bike so that i can get my bike cleaned at the same time!

Seamless, great experience for a tune up. Easy to reserve an appointment via online booking and then later coordinate via WhatsApp. Fast service within a week, got some good tips about the bike performance. Got to try and compare the other Brompton models as well. Support your local business!

Had a really old Brompton that i sent in for servicing. Saw that they were near my place and decided to pay them a visit to help my bike perform better. For context, I've little knowledge on bikes. First time I went there and the team were really nice. Dom addressed my inquiries real well and advised me on the components that needed changing and i appreciated his insight as well as his other tech on hand then. After discussing a quote, we agreed and that was the first trip that ended. Couple of days later, they managed to get my bike fixed so i asked if I can pick it up today. It was agreed and I made my way down to the workshop. Headed in and was greeted with a very angry looking woman with a tattoo. Asked her and she seemed busy with some work with a tech. Asked again and she seemed real reluctant to help me out. Will say, kudos to the young lad who helped me out with the Brompton test but, having shared prior with them that I wasn't familiar with bicycles in general, going there the second time made me feel that I wasn't briefed properly. Might be something that management can look into. In short, service is not standardised across and it needs work.

Have a wonderful experience riding a Brompton. No rush as my wife just back to riding in a long while. Totally enjoyed the experience.
