Please give feedback to your staff, Yvonne, at Jurong Point outlet to think flexibly and use discretion when serving customers.
Was at Jurong Point after picking my p1 daughter from school. She was wearing her school uniform. She wanted some juice and I saw the ad for students' discounted rates for juices at the cashier counter.
When I asked Yvonne, she informed me that my daughter had to produce her student card to get the discount. I showed her my daughter's school uniform but Yvonne said that cannot prove she is a student. CCTVs were watching her and she would get into trouble if no student card is presented.
I paid for the regular priced juice but the entire service experience left me with a sour aftertaste.
Will not be patronising a place where ridiculous clauses are attached to discounts that ironically were supposed to attract more customers and increase sales.

Talked to the juice artisans and found out that they do ozone cleaning to remove pesticide and bacteria before juicing.
They don't add ice, artificial stuff and water to the drinks! Amazing stuff.

β β β β β Walking in Jurong Point can be challenging because of the festive season shoppers. The tired me saw @goejuicebars and looked at the inviting fruits on display. I missed beetroot, so I chose a kidney cleansing juice of watermelon, lemon and beetroot without the lemon (too acidic). It was refreshing! Check out their top sellers in the second photo. At $3.90, the regular cup - compared to other juice shops - is worth your money.
