β β β β β service is really prompt.. not too sure about the need to save my digital orders, call for a waiter to confirm/go through my orders before finalising it and sending it to the kitchen.. but the food standards remain high!

β β β β β The best Xiao Long Bao ever (as usual)! Dip the sauce! The beef noodle is very plain and definitely not recommended. The shrimp cake is very nice, all my friends like it too! The tea is good. My friend likes the chocolate Xiao Long Bao.

β β β β β Didnβt have a DTF-worthy meal at this outlet.
Food-wise, the beef noodles soup was horribly bland and the beef has a really gamey taste. I couldnβt finish half the bowl and left the eatery hungry :(
Star of the show should be their XLB but I personally feel like the standards have dropped since my last visit. There wasnβt much soup in the dumplings and that is kinda the point.
Service was also below average - hard to get their attention and one of the servers really came over multiple times to refill our water glasses with a really grumpy face. The place was also only less than half filled as we went during off-peak so not sure why it was so difficult to get their attention.
Will not return to this outlet.

β β β β β Went on a Sat evening and queued for about 20mins. As expected of DTF, everything was great. I'd especially recommend the pork chop fried rice (the pork chop was so tender and flavourful) and xiao long bao.
Also, note that they've removed the usual jar of chili sauce from every table, likely because of Covid restrictions, so you'll have to request it from them.

β β β β β Always a great experience dining here at DTF, evident from the long queue during peak hours daily!
Had a battery crisis coming in here, with our phone almost flat and not being able to check in - service staff went through the hassle to check if they have any solutions to help us get through it. Though they didnβt have the cable for android devices, they made multiple trips around to check and the sincerity to help was appreciated ??
Food was good as usual, though the same canβt be said for the sweet and sour soup which is a little sub-par.
Will definitely return when Iβm craving for a Chinese cuisine (especially Xiao Long Bao)!

β β β β β The worst Din Tai Fung outlet in Singapore. The manager made us wait while they "sanitized" several tables at one shot, instead of seating us at one while they finished cleaning the rest. Then this super rude waiter came along. We wanted to switch to a table which wasn't so near the passageway (it was already cleaned and vacant), but this waiter rudely told us they had already sanitized that table.... we hadn't even sat at the one they wanted us to sit at. So what are they trying to say?? That we're dirty and we've dirtied this table we haven't even touched yet and can't use the other table?! He could still glare at me from behind the cashier counter. Even if the food was alright, the experience was already spoilt and the mood to eat was gone. At the end, when we went to make payment, the manager could still ask us how was everything. Only dine at this outlet if you want to be made to feel like you're doing them a service by eating here.

β β β β β Nice place for a family dinner. Ordered their Fried rice, XLB, Prawn pancake and Duck in crispy pastry, and a pot Chrysanthemum tea.
If you prefer inner seating, you need to inform earlier when getting a queue number, however must be willing to wait due to limited availability.
Better queuing system than before, phone message reminder when it is almost your turn.
