Bought a type C cable from them. Recommended by the shop staff that its fast charging which is what I wanted. Tried it out a few days later and realised it was charging slow. I seldom use it as I have more another one but whenever I did, I realised it was charging really slow. The other cable is doing good and it was really fast charging. Went back to the shop and told them, they tried for 5 mins and battery percentage increased by 2%. They said it's charging and said it could be my adaptor problem. Ok fine I left because the one who was giving orders was so unfriendly. I bought a new one, in another brand, from another shop. Went home to try on all three when my phone battery was at 50% Result.. - Old cable and new cable - around 55mins to 1hr 5mins to fully charge - Cable from Sparkle - around 3 hrs to fully charge Lousy service from Sparkle! That lady insist there was no problem and denied an exchange. For those who encounter this problem in future, bring along another cable in good working condition and prove them wrong as some may not be smart enough to know what is fast charging.

When the cashier is around, you have to search for them as they won't look out for you. And never buy electronics there! They just spoil within days due to their poor quality, and don't expect to have a smooth exchange, the staff will never relent. Whatever you buy, ensure to take back your receipt as you can't trust them!

Very bad Cashier! At 1:20 pm on Saturday (03.04.2021), the cashier girl wrongly charge the card holder at $4.90 even though actual price is $2.90. We explain and show that the different color same product at $2.90. Then, she take from us the card very rude and refund money very rude! Talk to customer, take money and refund all the manners are very rude. Bad cashier ever!

Would rate it 0 star if I could. Young female staff with dyed hair rudely pushed my mil to the side as she was saying 'excuse me' impatiently in a harsh tone, no chance for my mil to react and she almost fell. The staff retorted that we should have parked our stroller to the side (yes we parked it neatly to the side). Where should we have parked it then? She could have waited 2 seconds after saying 'excuse me' for my mil to move away and there would be ample space for her to pass through (there was another aisle which was empty for her to walk by the way). Very rude and unbecoming, I fear for the safety of elders around her.

Terrible service. The staff threw bad remarks at customers. When you checked out prices, she redundance to say exact amount and seems to look down you will never buy.. Plus the helium balloon never tighten, after 10 minutes just missing from the thread. ObIvously, it was not tighten well. I called the china boss and she said no warranty. Spend $12 j,ust like threw in the drain. Don't buy next time.

Dear owner of this shop Me and my daughter were accused of stealing item, when we went there for pumping balloon that we bought previously. The girl at counter requested for a receipt which obviously we didn't keep as we were never asked to and i asked her to just scan the item which should indicate that item was sold she refused. Even mentioned that don't wana waste her time what?? I was accused in front of my daughter for $6.50 balloon? I have lodged complaint through jurong point customer service. With so many bad reviews i think something needs to be done. I put back the balloon anw to the shop as i felt so humiliated. I demand the shop to apologise and btw will never STEP into the shop anymore!
