M	Mark Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chance upon this kopi shop. The glistening charsiew instantly caught my attention and I ordered a plate at $3 (I know, right?). Proved to be the right decision too. The sweet and sticky roasted pork rice, and my combination of the garlic and grounded (meant for the duck) chilli sauces that I like to drizzle on the rice to add some extra kick. Super delish! The empty plate spoke for itself.

Fish soup taste so so, fried fish is soggy as compared to other places i have tried. Soup also on sweeter side, hope not added msg and seasoning Older post Like the fried hokkien mee at this coffeshop. Also sell carrot cake. Frief hokkien mee usually sold out by 7pm. Coffee and tea here is nice. Easy parking and car park is big so confirmed got parking space.

Of coz if the coffee mug is big, or the drink taste better, or even the waitress is prettier and u command a higher price I will only accept. I rated 5 stars due to the HKM, I better take back. 2021 I had my very tasty super delicious Hokkien Mee here, this stall deserve a 5 stars. Usual stalls like economic mixed rice, prawn mee cum fishbowl noodle, western food, roasted pork duck char siew rice and etc... But the HKM is fantastic, a hidden gem, but very popular among the neighbourhood, highly recommended.

There is a steady stream of customer.The store also serves carrot cake which is pretty good. I prefer the white to the dark version. One of the established store is the roast meat and roast duck. They also serve a variety of soup at reasonable prices. There is a store serving Indian food and prata. There are several other stores like mixed vegetable, chicken rice and Teochew fishball noodles. Western food is open in the evening and zhi char.
A	Aik Peng Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this Goh Lim Hua Eating House specially on a Sunday morning at 8am for the white carrot cake that was mentioned great on some FB post. I would expect that the stall would have busy with many customers queuing but it was not. Ask the owner she told me wait for 15mins but I ordered. Then there are other customers also started ordering. After about 20mins, my carrot cake was done. 1. The cake was fried till crispy outside and still very soft inside. 2. Too plain to my liking, need more chai po. Still can eat but have your expectations lower. 13Apr22 Went there again and had the carrot cake. The taste is better today. Also had a cup of tea, it is a whopping $1.40 which is very expensive for a coffeeshop.
G	Gecko Chua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A coffee shop at block 309 Hougang Ave 5 opposite Tian De temple. It’s situated in a quiet neighbourhood and it is not so crowd, I enjoyed taking my breakfast there.
T	TCH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety of food to choose here. However their Coffee is a ripoff now. My Kopi O Kosong going for $1.30? I could still get $1.10 for Kosong at many other Kopitiam and at Hawker Centres; $0.80. Would never have Kopi here!
