Gold Autoworks - Trusted Car Workshop-Car Servicing in Singapore - #01-119 Enterprise Hub

Decided to go with this workshop as the ratings and reviews were great on Google maps, and reviews are right! I own a older model continental car for which the parts are a lot harder to get hold of. My previous 2-3 workshops have not been honest (selling used tires, over-quoting) or substandard (low engine oil warning light coming on after getting my car back from full servicing). Enter Gold Autoworks. The whole process was clear and transparent, with Ah Bao explaining the parts that needed the replacing, and some of the parts which do not necessarily require immediate attention. I was updated throughout the whole servicing process, and the quotation was adjusted accordingly to the parts which I required. No hard-selling. This is the first time in history of owning a car - the eventual bill was *lesser* than the initial quote! Car drives like a dream now. Buttery smooth steering, smooth engine acceleration and my suspension system has been fixed. Professional, reasonable prices, excellent mechanics and most important of all: honest. Thanks GA!

A very professional, thoughtful, trustworthy and friendly team! They really do go the extra miles to help their customers and I am very very impressed with their service and advices! More context to my experience with Gold Autoworks 1) Advised by my previous untrustworthy workshop about the issue for my car would have cost me $2500, however, after seeking a second opinion with Gold Autoworks, it actually costs only about $500 for the same solution. 2) I had a brake light issue on a Sunday night, they are supposed to be closed. However, I had no choice but to try my luck through their Whatsapp, to my surprise, someone replied almost immediately to offer advices. I could not solve the issue though, yet he offered to help me solve it if I could drive the vehicle down to his residential place, which is definitely an extra mile given! Although the issue could not be solved on the spot, I definitely appreciated the effort and alternative solution given! 3) I failed my annual car inspection due to rear absorber leak, called Gold Autoworks, told them the issue and the close deadline to clear my car inspection in order to renew my road tax. They offered to pick up my car the next working day, fixed the issue and going the extra mile to send my car for the inspection because of the close deadline that I was facing! All in all, I am very touched by the service they provide and I really want to show my appreciation by writing this review, hoping that more people would support them! Thank you once again!

The boss, admin and the mechanic are really professional in their dealings. They tried their best to diagnose my water leek problem at the front of cabin and when they realised it was something beyond their expertise, they helped to refer me to the right workshop to go to. Was not asked for any labour charges unlike other previous workshop that conned me when I visited them. That’s customer service! I would likely go back to them for my servicing in future!

Overcharge us for engine mounting ; it should be 2 but they bill us for 4! Tried to sell us reconditioned steering pump by saying no OEM parts available. We checked around and found that the power steering pump is actually available in the market and we felt very upset as we have been giving them regular business!

Went there to try out routine servicing (oil and filter change). Price was reasonable and mechanic was nice to explain things to me. Was told starter battery needs replacement. Had miscomm over type of battery needed for my car. Mechanic overtightened my parking brakes without informing me, eventually needing me to make another trip down to correct that and install a different battery which was a hassle. Manager waived additional charges for different battery but his initial response wasnt the most pleasant. Overall, ok but could improve on customer service/informing of changes before doing things to car.

Excellent place for all your servicings, troubleshooting and repairs. Owner is friendly and sincere while technicians are knowledgeable & have excellent workmanship. Also one of the very few workshops locally that carry Ravenol Engine Oils. Highly recommended! ??

Found this company online due to all the super good reviews & decided to try it. Their services was indeed very professional & trustworthy. My aircon was faulty & I was quoted a lot more to replace both compressor & coil. Lucas quoted me lowest at $1,600+ & I decided to go with them. To my huge surprise, they told me that my compressor is fine & charged me just half to replace the coil. Moreover, they even send your car back to your place if you are their members. Although the repair took 1 more day but definitely worth the wait. I will definitely go back to them in future. Thank you
