Have been visiting harmony motor for years now since they were located on the other side before moving to this new place. I was recommended by friends back then when I was driving a forte. Harmony motor staffs are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have prob with my car, they surely know how to fix it. Main reason I kept coming back is because Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful. Can do means can, cant means cant, won't anyhow try or bluff u or hard sell u which I super dislike on other workshop. Now that I'm driving a conti, I still come back here and let Eric service my car cos he will check every points n corners to ensure everything in tip top condition but at reasonable price!!

My Car was serviced by Elvin and I was given a 50% off as I went there on my birthday. I must compliment the marketing effort, but more importantly, they are able to address and resolve my car's issue at a lower price compared to authorized dealer. A 5 star experience.

Totally blown away by their 5 stars service that is includes strong customer service, smiles & clear and prompt replies/support, especially their lady CS and Eric (car specialist). I had some weird issues with my Hyundai Tucson not starting properly. Called some servicer providers and most of them told me that I have to change starter. Brough the car to the usual place where I do my servicing cos it is nearer to my house but they told me that it may not be the starter but some wiring issues but that they do not have the expertise for that. I was lost, as I was not able to get help around that area. One workshop that I drove to also told me they are unable and unwilling to help because these issues can be difficult to isolate and tricky. Moreover, maybe I did not do my servicing or recent battery change at one of these workshop, they gave me the cold look and was unwilling to lend a helping hand that was also willing to pay. It was then where I decided to try searching for Hyundai specialist and Harmony Motor was one of those who has a branch in the West, so I proceeded to WhatsApp their Toh Guan branch. Message sent through, and I was crossing my fingers. Unaware what kind of response or support I would get. Then when the reply came, everything just brighten up. Was advised to drive down to their workshop, so that they can try to diagnose the issue for me. They also informed me in advance that I had to leave my car there because they have ongoing cars for maintenance and repair. It did not bother me because I just want to have this issue checked out and fixed. When I reached, I looked Eric, the person I was told to look for. While Eric was busy, he was informed of my issue and told me that I can just leave the car there and if there are any issues, they would inform me. What gave me the good feeling when I left my car there was Eric's smile and his very friendly and nice personality, no airs or arrogance. A few hours later, I was called by the lady CS (did not get her name) and was told to collect my car because the car has magically worked. They did not find any issues despite getting 2 different mechanics to check. I went down with lots of doubts. How could that be? I brought to 2 other workshops and was also facing issues myself for the past few days. How did the issue hides itself from the doctor? Lo and behold, it really was the case. I was able to start the car when in park gear and had no issues since. I even asked if Eric did knock anything but he told me he did not. The car just miraculously healed itself by being in a great workshop. I am still keeping my fingers crossed and hope the issue does not come back again. But now after knowing Harmony Motor, they are definitely one of the workshops that I would bring my car to for servicing or repairs. I guess they know how to run a business by providing sincere and honest service to all customers and potential customers. In fact, I asked Eric how much does it cost for this miracle and he sincerely told me $0 because he "really" did not do anything. I was blown away. In fact, I feel that it cannot be free since he and his awesome team took time to check out the vehicle. Thus, I decided to share this great experience I had with Eric, the lady CS and his team! We need more business like Harmony Motor in Singapore. Thank you for the super fast responses, the smiles and the sincerity in handling your customers, even new ones like myself!

Brought my 2009 Kia Cerato Forte for Eric to check for some unpleasant noise.Despite almost closing time,Eric test drive the car and managed to identify the faults and advised parts to be changed. Collected my car today with all faults repaired. Thank you Eric for the job well done. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

My first visit over at Harmony Motor TG and was highly recommended to this workshop. Overall experience was great and the mechanic and receptionist were professional and polite. All issues were addressed and explained properly. Definitely no hidden cost and they are transparent with the price. The team do make an effort to check if parts were being changed before and ensuring that we do not pay for unnecessary stuffs.
