★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible experience, firstly, their rebonding is quite frizzy as their hair treatment "oil serum" has downgraded into an ordinary moisturising cream. After that they tried to sell me that moisturiser cream. Secondly, they cannot meet my hair colour expectations even after i had showed them the photo, they claim to be able to do it but the end result was horrible. Why claim that u can do it when u have no capability? I went back to get the colouring i want, but they are charging me for that, and claim that my package is over.

I had a very wonderful experience with the hairstylist, he was attentive and friendly, and took the time to patiently answer my questions and pick a hairstyle that I would be satisfied with, which says alot because I'm indecisive ;w;
Don't know his name but would come back again for another haircut in the future!

He even laughed at my comment and was in disbelieve when i talk about hair/scalp training. It’s quite rude and I’m actually completely fine not engaging in chat.
