β β β β β Very bad experience with lady boss at beauty world branch . She over charges and over promised. Resorts to threat tactics when we refuse to pay for a job not done. NEVER EVER PATRONISE THIS SHOP!!!!!

β β β β β 0 stars. My husband just popped into this store and I repeatedly asked the Lady Boss for the price to replace the battery and she said a few dollars and refused to tell us the price. Then she tried to open the car key with a screw driver and couldn't. Told my husband to open it himself and then commented that our key is very dirty and asked us if we want to replace to a new key for $180. We replied maybe another time and then she proceeds to charge us $20 to change a battery. Total ripoff and super upset when we even have to help her do her job. A battery would have cost us less than $5 for sure. A reasonable price would be $10.
