Due to global shipping problem, there was a delay in the gate lock, but she manage to get me a temp epic lock to use while waiting for the shipment. Long delay but lucky to have a gate lock

Have yet to move to new place but so far installation and door quality looks good. While I felt that there was a slight premium in the door pricing I was happy with the whole process.

Basically, if encounter any problems after you have purchased product(s) from them, the quality of after-sales service is questionable.

Elaine from Bukit Batok outlet was very friendly, patient and explained each mattress we tried very well. Highly recommend to others looking for a mattress! Their delivery guys were also awesome, very fast & efficient in disposing the old mattress and setting up the new one.
