★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the best choices in Singapore if you love dumplings and authentic Northeast Chinese food. They serve tasty dumplings with different tastes with reasonable price. Their hot dishes are yummy as well. But what has impressed me is the environment- compared to other Chinese restaurants it is a clean and decent place! Please keep the good work to let more people know Chinese food :))

After a few mouth . Can taste not fresh and yet . When I tell the staff . That’s why need to eat live fish. Quite disappointed. BBQ was ok just not salty enough .
Other wok fried items just oily .
Promo is spend 50 sgd and get 5 free drinks .
I won’t go there again for sure .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were so good before they moved to the new location. Price went up, and quality of food is now 6/10. It was my favorite dumplings restaurant, but I don't think I'll go back anytime soon. There are so many other restaurants that are better and cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there many many times and always loved the value! Foods so good and the fish is literally catch and cook and the prices were so reasonable. Additionally, I was seated in one of the private rooms where the atmosphere for entertaining was great! Spent only about 25+ per pax for very good food to the likes of fresh fish and fresh crayfish even! (not including alcohol)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a good dumpling place but it turns out that their other hot dishes and skewers are equally brilliant. Their homemade toufu and mackerel dumplings are hidden gems. The environment is comfortable and clean, the guys at the shop are helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another good Dongbei (North East China) restaurant located on the fringe of Chinatown.
We found the Guo Bao Ruo, famous Heilongjiang pork cutlets, to be one of the best in town. Prices are similar to Dongbei Renjia, the most popular of the 3 Dongbei restaurants in Chinatown but this outlet has an outdoor area for BBQ and housed in a 1990s Peranakan building.

Reasonable pricing coupled with your usual Chinese service standard. But hey, this isn't Crystal Jade after all.
肘子 is wonderful. 水饺 is tasty. 烤串 is mediocre.
This place offers 烤全羊. Need to reserve it in advance.
All in all, a no-frills-no-thrill pleasant dinning experience.
