Golden Moments

I just ordered the Black Gold Mao Shan Wang durians and ice creams….taste delicious and its texture is thick and creamy…very good!!

Truly blessed to have a sweet neighbour whom bought one box of MSW durian mooncake each for each and every family on the floor level of our residences block! The durian mooncake is truly amazing & they are really generous in filling the moon cake with MSW durian so when you eat the mooncake, is like eating durian :-))))) I know where to get this for the next Mid-Autumn Festival!!

Unanimously agreed by all 6 pax eating this cake that it is a very average tasting durian cake despite the price... We were expecting more of the MSW puree in it but it was just a thin layer in it.. sadly it didn't give us the oomph feeling...

Bought 3boxes of the black gold msw. The packaging states small seeds, but on the contrary the seeds are as big as u can get, very very little flesh...lmao.. I feedbacked to them and they pushed the blame to the supplier and did nothing about it. I thought for a reputable company like theirs, they should have quality control and responsibility for their products, i was wrong.. Pls remove the small seeds claim on your packaging..paid $120 for it, felt so cheated..

Ordered the chocolate praline cake yesterday for a birthday celebration! The cake is very delicious- rich & thick in every layers. Decoration is super beautiful too, will highly recommend my friends to get them!

It may think of itself as premium mooncake but the service standard is slipshod, unresponsive to text messages and calls. Staff doesn’t even know their work procedure, providing misleading information about preorder and self collection. If you are taking public transport to self-collect, it will be an adventure you did not want, is like finding the exit in the maze without map, the google pin was even wrong which I have corrected. They should map direction online as the building is a multi story warehouse with no sign or indication at any part of the building that golden moments was inside, add 15-20mins additional time trying to locate the store. The store is chaotic, nobody seem to be assigned the role of serving walk-in customers because they are all busy packing and avoiding eye contacts with long queue of angry customers waiting in the stuffy factory. Then, you have the boss who is in his see through office happily not caring about the chaos outside. This showed that this business has poor culture and poor management that we should avoid. The mooncake itself taste was good, bitter sweet, same standard as 7/11 durian mooncakes that were also made with pure durian flesh and 7/11 serve with a smile and extremely convenient to order and self-collect. Beware of the overwhelming no of fake reviews here too.

2nd order. Tried their Mao Shan Wang Galaxy Cake this time, it’s filled with very gao durian and taste so satisfying, all my friends tasted love it!!! Highly recommended this cake! Will order again very soon!!! Too addictive!!

It's a decent MSW cake but I would not buy again because: 1) it is small for the price paid (almost the listed price even with first timer discount, ~$62) 2) self collection can be a hassle in an industrial area and delivery is $12?! 3) despite following their thawing instructions, the durian filling was still frozen hard during serving.
