★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very nice place but the employees have been following the customers around. I understand that they have to do this to keep an eye on us. But sometimes me and my buddies just want to try clothes in peace but it is very awkward/unnerving to do so.
Do get a CCTV camera if you want to keep an eye on customers. If we want to enquire on clothes, we will find you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the 2 ladies working there were so intimidating? didnt even greet or welcome us and just straight up stared at us the moment we entered. we felt like we were being judged the whole time we were browsing here??? I purchased a Kangol tote bag in the end, but yeah yall definitely can work on your customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went here a few times bc of the great service & quality pieces. however, i was kinda disappointed with their service recently. the female staff seemed really unfriendly and unapproachable which wasn't what i usually experienced. besides that, i really love the quality of the shirts and bags and would definitely visit again.
edit: i am really impressed with the management. the creative director took the time to listen, apologise and reassure their customers. looking forward to see the team improve! :)

Lady at counter was polite as well and I bought a swell champion shirt at 30% off.
Recommended.
