Bought ceiling fans and lightings from them. There were a good range and variety to choose from. Was served by Linda who was also very friendly and clear in explaining our enquiries. After sale service was also superb. Something happened to one of our ceiling fan(due to some mistakes on our end) and she assisted me very promptly. Really really appreciate it. Thank u so much! :)

BEWARE OF POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE WITH BLINDS SUPPLIER PROVIDING SUB-QUALITY MATERIALS Purchased 4 sets of bamboo blinds (2 wide & 2 narrow) for balcony/dining in Jan20. Recommended by ID. Pricer than outside (almost $2k), which is fine so long as if they had provide quality items. 2 wide blinds gave way (thread came loose) after 1 year of use by Apr21. Thought it was because we weren't familiar with the use and they were much heavier than the narrower ones. As one year warranty was up, I agreed to pay for replacement at $180 ($60 per blind + $60 transportation costs). Was surprised to find that a different and much sturdier thread was used as replacement. As the quality of the original thread was poor, one of the thin blinds (which is 1/2 the weight of the wider blind) gave way as well by Dec21 with less than 2 years of usage. As the supplier denied that both threads were of different quality, the company was therefore insistent that I pay same costs (at $60 each) + transport for replacement. Upon my request, the company sent someone down to have a look at the quality of thread and have ascertained that they were indeed with different thickness. I therefore wanted the company/supplier to replace both remaining blinds at no additional costs as I had already bore the initial replacement costs earlier in the year. However, no follow-up from salesperson post-visit until I queried 3 weeks later in end Jan, who subsequently informed they were only willing to absorb half the costs. As I was not satisfied with this arrangement, I had requested on 3 separate occasions on 19, 24 & 28 Jan22 for an escalation to management on this matter. Salesperson promised each time that someone will contact me within the same day. Till today (i.e. 1 month later), no one has called me back on this. Purchase at your own risk.
