★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by this outlet recently for some milk tea. Loved the packaging, the staff were super friendly too. The tea had a rich taste to it, and the sugar level was as requested. Great variety of choices in bbt too.

I wanting thanks the Staff name Jon, Rice and their team members they were very friendly, kind and helpful. Even they are struggling a little cos the outlet is still new.. and I really appreciate their effect in it.. great job and great service.. 5 stars for them..
I bought 5 large cups of brown sugar milk tea for myself and my workmates yesterday. And they love it so much and so am I very fresh..

And now today is my 2nd time coming back here again to buy the bamboo charcoal milk tea for my whole workmates to try out their other new flavour.. And I'm happy to see Jon here again. He is a great manager, friendly and very cheerful..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freshly brewed tea with a slew of different flavours and toppings! Not those kind of artificial flavours and not too sweet like other bubble tea shops. Pearls are bouncy and very QQ. Will definitely get my next boba fix here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying Gotcha and it was a pleasant experience! Staffs were friendly and helpful, the drink that I ordered (grape green tea) tasted really fragrant and sweet while their tea tastes authentic and not “commercial” it that makes sense!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many good things to say about this Melbourne bbt brand that came to Singapore! The tea is farmed in Taiwan and brewed fresh in small carafes (not giant pots) and you can really taste it. They also use real fruit concentrate puree, not chemicals, and you can adjust the puree level and sweetness of sugar or BLACK sugar, something also unique to Gotcha. Staff is also very cheery and cute lah.
Prices are also very fair (see menu pics) as it is inclusive of the price for toppings including creative ones like white fungus collagen and red bean (goes well with matcha).
The signature fresh fruit (mango n passionfruit) four seasons tea is my top choice for hot day and black sugar fresh milk w pearls for an indulgent treat.
I will go back again for their yogurt series, and I hear the taro and bamboo charcoal are also a must tries!
