โ โ โ โ โ Just bought my bubble tea at Plaza Singapura outlet and will never come back. I love your milk tea but the service was terrible. I think the cashier has some matters at home or at work and the customer like me have to suffer her attitude. She has Chinese accent and wearing spec.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible, the prices on the signboard was not what I was charged. Even though it was just 10cents, it still wasn't pleasant to be charged a price more than I wanted to pay for a drink. Cashier had a sloppy attitude.

โ โ โ โ โ Brown sugar fresh milk $3.60 medium cup. It comes with black pearl, I asked if I can swap with small pearl or grass jelly. Nope, unless I pay the top up price. Just not make sense, take out the black pearl and replaced with others with equal or smaller value, why I have to pay for it?
I asked for less ice and the shop lady told me, less ice means the cup is not full?! So, my drink came out at 80% filled. WtH!
I wonder if I ask for no ice, will I be given a cup of 50% filled drink?

Bought Passion fruit with Peach Jelly, but there is not inside even I and my wife try many times
Even I have inform staff ( young guys), he just keep say there is jelly inside with bad attitude even never double check
Never drink again at least this outlet

After reading all the reviews was really worried buying from that store, Today I went there to buy drinks for my colleagues, I ask the cashier for what is nice there they were very friendly. There was this young guy seems to be a teenager he was very engaging and helpful he made my drinks quickly.

โ โ โ โ โ I am very old school. My bubble tea taste has not changed since secondary school. My fav bubble tea flavour is still peppermint green tea with pearls. And this brand is the only place I can still find it. So I will order this every time I am in PS. Now they have a very interesting carrier. Creative indeed!

Even I drink finish and go back to show them the cup with out any jelly inside, staff still keep say that they did put with very bad attitude, so they mean I and my wife stupid so can not recognize got jelly or not?
After that the girl ( cashier or senior) also just simoly take out $1 give me with out any apologize, they think I comback just because of $1? What kind of service is that??
