I had contacted the driver & meet later same day.
However, sms & contact driver became unreachable.
Now GRAB help desk circling a round the issue with a wonderful "disconnect"chat service game.
Let police station handle the case ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grab food sucks. Forever either last minute cancel people's order after waited for more than 1 hour (when they can tell us earlier on) or the location has delivery service but no driver. Then for what put the place has delivery service. Waste people's time. Feedback to them not just once. Many times! Seems like they can't be bothered to do something about their whole management! Guys, no point complain to their company one. They won't do anything at all to make improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $20 taken away for no reason. Wrote in to feedback and ends up locking my card without informing or stating reason why. Absurd! Will definitely boycott for other alternatives. Fast to deduct money, slow to refund. Do not recommend this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a Grab cab from SingHealth Tower to Blk 18 Marine Terrace.
Waited 15 mins. Called driver See Siew Leng SLP 6030L who pushed the blame that ibgave wrong pickup location.She did not even bother to call me to see where I am waiting.Then I saw on the booking that I have to pay penalty of $3 at first and few minutes later $6 penalty. Why should I be penalized when I have been waiting for 20 mins.Unjustied penalty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just tried calling the number listed 6655 0005 but it just got disconnected without even rang once. So it seemed to be an non-operating number. Searched through the whole web (I think) and could not find a single phone number (other than this non operating number) to call Grab at. Such a dominant company in Singapore without a live customer service hotline? Please enlighten me if I did not look at the right places. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grab has the worst customer support service I've ever experienced. I placed an order on GrabMart for Ramly Frozen Foods but then driver called me to tell me that the shop was closed when he arrived and had requested to cancel. Poor driver had to suffer because of this issue. I tried to call them at their support hotline but in the end, the call kept disconnecting. So I messaged them directly instead, only after 1h the dispute was settled. Poor driver suffered for 1h because of the shop's incompetence and Grab's mistake. I will definitely never order from Grab again.

Courier staff cancelled my Grab Express booking, citing missing unit number as the reason. However this was addressed promptly when he SMS-ed to enquire about the unit number. He subsequently told me Grab was the one who cancelled instead of him.
When I contacted Grab Support, another picture was painted. Customer service staff Syah informed that the courier staff was the one who cancelled my booking, and the reason for cancellation is because the item is fragile and not meant for Grab Bike. I have been using Grab Express (bike) on many occasions without encountering issues as my items are always packed properly and within specific dimensions. To make things worse, my voucher disappeared and will only be refunded after 24 hours.
In this case,
1) Why were there inconsistencies in explanation for cancellation?
2) Why was the reason of cancellation (being fragile item) not brought up during my conversation with the courier staff?
3) Why did the courier staff indicate that Grab was the one who cancelled, while in fact he was the one who made the cancellation?
There are so many doubts and inconsistencies involved and this was such a terrible encounter with Grab that I hope no one has to go through it. I do feel that this is an isolated incident and would like to request for Grab to look into this matter. Thank you.
