Was recommended this aircon company by my neighbour, very good service and very affordable at $18 per unit! The technician are all very professional and they did exactly what is supposed to be done and even more which i am so greatful. Very satisfy their great service!

Very rude customer service from the phone line Chinese lady receptionist who book and confirm appointment. Please train your staff properly to speak politely and not shout over the phone and scold customers, she is not working at a fish market, have some basic manners. Malay lady receptionist is fine.

Slow and unresponsive customer service. With every call I made to them, the staff either said they would get back to me (and then didn't), said another staff would get back to me (who also didn't) or made me repeat my request for a quotation to the different people who picked up my calls. The operation manager who goes by TY said they cannot do a chemical wash for my aircon system after I had reached out to the aircon manufacturer to repair it first, even though Heavenly Engineering had earlier quoted me $400 for a chemical wash per aircon unit. Furthermore, I had originally reached out to them to request for aircon repairs as well. But Heavenly sent us a service guy instead of a repair technician without telling us first (we had been under the impression we would be sent a technician). The lack of communication from Heavenly wasted our time. What little communication there was from Heavenly was also a terrible experience. TY really liked to yell, and he hung up on our call. You can confirm this with another Google review that mentioned TY as well. One more thing: customer service doesn't like giving a straight answer. I requested for a one time chemical wash. Twice they wanted to quote me for yearly servicing instead. ???? This is the first and last time I'll be engaging them. Not recommended.

I have been taking their service for 3 years, but their quality getting worse and worse. First they cannot confirm time slot, changing many times 1 day before. Second technicians usually don't arrive on time. Usually 30min to 1 hour delay. Service quality depends on technicians. I don't renew my contract any more.

My mother hired this company to install air-conditioner units for my parents' house, 1 and a half years ago. Recently, the AC unit developed leaking issues. When my mother enquired with Heavenly Engineering, they responded promptly, and came down to resolve the issue. Thanks to them, my mother's AC unit was fixed quickly. As such, I will recommend Heavenly Engineering for their highly satisfactory services rendered.

Fantastic service at very affordable pricing. Slightly late but I checked with their office & arrival would be within the hour. Didn't get the servicemen names but they were detail with cleaning, clearing any possible drainage choke and took patience to explain in detail when I had questions for them about my very old Daikin System 4 setup. I'll definitely use them again and introduce them to everyone who needs air-conditioning related services. Thank you Heavenly Engineering.

My family has been using their service for many years, from cleaning to servicing and installing new air con. 3 years ago we changed our 10 years old plus air con with them. Until now it is still working well with very minimal maintenance required (which is very normal). No leaking so far. We only do basic cleaning. We will change our other air cons again with them
