Very nice and convenient place to stay for graduate students at NTU.

Very quiet and clean co-ed dorm for ntu graduate students

Excellent place to stay. Clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet accommodation facility within the campus. Food court, study area, barbeque areas, party hall all located nearby.

Dormitory for Masters and PhD students. Single rooms are stuffy and small. Not well ventilated. Only two elevators for the entire hall. Sometimes need to wait for 10 mins to get into the elevator.

Single rooms are small. Double rooms are more spacious, but bathroom is shared. All rooms have aircon. Every odd floor has a laundry room and every floor has a kitchen. Key fob access at all entry points so it is very safe. Closest bus stop is right outside the hall with the campus free bus and bus 199 to Boon Lay. All floors have a wheelchair accessible toilet. There is a lounge, study room, gym, TV room, function hall, table tennis table and also every room has a dedicated post box. Also, there is a 24 hour hotline in case of any problem in the room. All rooms are furnished. A few family rooms are available too incase you live with your family. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. Quiet hours are from 1130pm to 730am,though it is generally quiet here. Room rent ranges from 450 to 750 SGD.

Facilities and common space is more that nice, I'd say really nice, but the room size is under standard. Even though the maintenance crews really make your life easier, hall is positioned next to the street. Due to the loud public bus and campus bus traffic, people who's rooms overlook the magnificent jungle, also experience high level of noise. Rooms are also very pricey, 560 sgd, for a very very small room. Two years ago was 500 sgd so there is a chance it will increase further even though Sg housing market experiences a 0.5 % price reduction.

Great experience at NTU. Common pantries on every level alternate levels got laundry. Prime location at NTU
