Canteen 11 - Canteen 11

Delightful cuisine,especially in Malay Stall and also the fruit juice beverage.

I would say that can 11 is my best ntu canteen. All stalls serve good and tasty food, price is cheapest compare to other canteens.

Visited Hall 11 canteen. The Sichuan mala foods there were authentic. Price is very reasonable for students. Love it.

Ongoing Post Hearsay the waffle are good Crisp outer fluffly soft inner Tonkotsu Ramen($4.50) Al dente noodles in flavouresome broth. Serve with spring onion, black fungus and smokey chewy firm meat. Their cai fan always long queue yet to try Mixed Rice($3) Curry Chicken? - Loved it. Had a nostalgic flavour. Chicken were tender and had absorbed the curry well. Potato had the right thickness cut and was cooked thoroughly. Steamed Egg? - Soft, silky, smooth, wobbly, dissolved in the mouth, light & savoury. Tofu? - The colour doesn't define to what I had in mind. Expected to be a little salty & moderate spicy but it turns out mild spicy and sweet. Contrasting to what you think it should taste like. Overall, its great but I can't say is the best as there are still many dishes I yet to try. Plus some dishes were serve cold.

Probably the cheapest cai fan in NTU, quality is pretty good, quantity is on the low side though. Japanese store is great. Waffles store is also cheap and awesome, although it only opens at night...somewhere after 7pm.

Staying at hall of a year and frequent at the canteen. Low rating due to drink stall. Their breakfast set is poorly done. Their cold drinks are overly compensated with ice. Unfriendly attitude and questionable service quality. The price to value of their product, domestic or outsource, plus their customers service would not be up to standard.

Still a good old Canteen 11 I familiar with. Their Ma La Si Chuan stall sells a very affordable dish albeit too oily for my liking. The Chinese stall seems to be the most popular one amongst student.

There are some hits and misses - I love the chilli, it's got quite a kick, and the batter for the fried chicken wing is ??. But the rice is a little dull, lacking in aroma and flavor. For $2.50 I'd certainly say it's a bargain. Extra tip: If you're planning on getting the kopi at the drink stall, I'd suggest giving it a miss. ?‍?
