β β β β β Nowadays, Grassland donβt even deserve 1 star!!! Grassland used to be my favourite bus for long distance travel. But somehow everything is declining and getting worst. Took grassland from KL Times Square to Singapore with the plate number PMR9933. The bus was delayed about 30mins and the Indian driver was extremely rude and arrogant towards all the passengers. He donβt even wanna help but shouted at a lady just because she brought too many things and needs to store in the lower deck of the bus.
On the other hand, the bus itself is not comfortable. The air-condition is not working, the USB charging sockets is not functioning and the driver donβt allowed passengers to lift off the curtain. And all the curtains are with dust! Even the button to adjust your sitting so that you can lay back for a good sleep is not working though... I wonder how this company can survive with these kind of bad attitudes driver and poor facilities in the bus!!
I will not recommend GRASSLAND and this will be my last time travel with them!!! Please consider and take at your own risks!! Extremely disappointed experience with GRASS....LAND!

β β β β β Boarding bus from Grassland is a total nightmare!
Incident occurred on 24th May 2019, bus PMN6226, Genting to Singapore at 11.30am departure time.
We always bring along our own pillows and blankets wherever we travel.
During the journey in the bus, my mother would always cover herself with her own blanket since the bus air-condition is so cold.
While when we were sleeping, my mother whom was sitting beside me her blanket was being pulled away with FULL FORCE from one of the driver who was a Malay.
We were confused and did not understand what was going on as he did not even explain himself and just went on to snatch my mother's blanket away from her.
I tried to ask and confront him, only to find out that he thinks my mother's blanket belongs to them because my mother's blanket has of the same color same design which she bought from IKEA.
I attempted to talk and explain to that Malay driver nicely and patiently many times as the blanket he rudely snatched away from my mother was my mother own blanket, but he brushed me off and told me to go away and ignored me completely and even refused to return my mother's blanket to her!!
We felt so vulnerable and helpless for being mistakenly stealing their blanket and treated us unfairly, thus I went to talk to another driver who was an Indian.
Unfortunately, they barely understand English, some other passengers whom boarded the same bus with us helped us to translate and explain the situation in Malay to the driver.
That Malay driver later unhappily returned the blanket to my mother only because other passengers stepped in to help us in this situation!
But the blanket he returned to my mother is no longer the same clean blanket my mother owns, the blanket he returned to my mother was a dirty blanket with white and yellow stains that look like man SEMEN!!
Right after we got home, we called to Grassland golden mile main branch to complain about what has happened in the bus, much to our dismay and disappointment, the staff doesn't seem to take our complaint seriously!
Just because my mother has the same blanket doesn't mean it belong to the bus!
Passenger's belongings being snatched away rudely from the driver without verification is an offence!
This whole situation is not all about just a few dollars blanket, it is already concerned about personal safety and the way how we as the passengers/patrons being mistaken for stealing and mistreated by the driver's unreasonably manner which left us feeling so violated!
They don't reason the facts with you to find out the truth and they don't even acknowledge their mistakes also, if they think your belongings belong to them then it is considered belong to them.
With such unpleasant encounter and how this coach travel company provides deteriorate customer service and disregards passengers/patrons complaints, we wouldn't want to board their buses in the future again.

β β β β β Today I take a 9am bus from Gopeng and the Driver name Johnny was very rude in many ways and even when I reached Malaysia custom he expect us to clear and clean up the place. I had taken Grassland bus for years and this is the first time that make me feel so upset that end up I choose to take a taxi back from woodland.
Really hope that the company will look into the attitude of there driver.

β β β β β We booked our bus online for our trip from Singapore to Butterworth.
The process was easy enough. Finding the bus on time at Golden Mile was a relief.
The seats were comfortable reclining to the mentioned description in the website, it was nice to see a bottle of water provided.
We cleared customs very quickly having no dramas.
The ride was pretty bumpy and to finish our trip off we were rudely awakened the driver shouting our our destination informing us it was time to get off.
We were told that this was the better busline of the providers after seeing their customer service I would only take the if essential to keep costs down.

β β β β β Booked a round trip with Grassland (now known to be Super-Nice Express Pte Ltd) to Malacca . The experience was extremely unpleasant. Won't use this company again.
Outgoing trip to Malacca took 5.5 hours (morning first bus). Considering there are some heavy traffic, the trip was still alright, the bus driver was still ok.
The return trip was a disaster. It took 7.5 hours in total. The bus driver was very rude and unprofessional, saw him confronting another group of passengers with very bad manner. It seemed he also made a detour to pick up additional passengers, which made everyone on the bus waited for another hour on the bus. The worst thing is that after we cleared Singapore immigration, all the passengers have returned to the bus except the same bus driver, who appeared to be stuck at the custom, so everyone waited for another 45 minutes just for him. This is very unusual and unpleasant given the custom does not have a long queue during our visit. At the end of the journey, another passenger and I tried communicating with the ticketing officer and explained the situation, based on their response, its clear that they have no intention to do anything about it.
This agency was a huge disappointment. Does not care for customers and a huge waste of our time.

β β β β β With reference to Kevin Yuan's review of Grassland, I was one of the passengers subjected to the bus driver's confrontation and unprofessional attitude.
I took the bus from Malacca to Singapore PNX9911. I am appalled at the unprofessional, unethical and horrendous experience we had to suffer on an 8-hour bus journey home.
Slightly past 1.30 pm, we found the Grassland bus. To my disbelief, the bus driver stood up from the seat and starting shouting at my mother and using his finger to point at her in an extremely uncomfortable and intimidating manner, saying "You, you you! Where's your sticker?!? How I know which bus you're from?!?". While doing that, he cornered my mother to back out of the bus walking backwards on the steps of the bus. Do you even have any clue how dangerous that is?
The first overhead compartment, which was stored with the driver's things, was left open throughout the entire journey, with passengers seated around the area. About 30 minutes into the journey after picking all passengers, the bus drivers made a stop in the middle of the road to purchase chendol for themselves.
Bus drivers changed and he fell asleep and reclined the chair so far back my father had such an uncomfortable bus journey. There was barely 1 cm of space between seat 1B and my father's legs. My seat 3C was spoilt and the leg rest could not even be lifted.
As soon as the bus reached the bay for passengers to disembark, that bus driver immediately got up of his seat and did not even bother to lift the seat for my parents to get out their seats. Thereafter, he ran for the immigration counters without any luggage and was the first to clear the custom. The last passengers returned to the bus at around 8.25 pm due to some delays. However, that bus driver was nowhere to be seen and was uncontactable for over an hour. All in all, we waited over an hour for the bus driver and he only returned to the bus at 9.30 pm. We all witnessed that he went into the immigration area with just a shoulder sling bag but how did he come back to the bus with luggage? There was also zero explanation or apology about the delay. On the bus journey, the bus drivers were speaking at the top of their lungs and practically shouting. There was no way the passengers could have had a rest. The bus drivers were communicating in Malay and we overheard that the bus driver was waiting for the other bus departing for Genting Highlands at Singapore customs. He was also scolding the passengers in Malay with vulgarities for no reason.
I am truly appalled and taken aback by the level of unprofessionalism displayed by the bus driver. I have never met a bus driver who makes his passengers wait over an hour for him and scolds them after.
After reaching Golden Mile Complex at 10 pm, passengers lodge a complaint. What appalled me was that your front desk staff had the audacity to question the legitimacy of our complaint and even thought we were "ganging up" on the bus driver. We were even told that there will not be any follow up with the customers. This is horrendous customer service that is indescribable beyond words and I cannot believe that Grassland would protect their at-wrong employee over their paying customers, who were all witnesses.
This is my first and last time using Grassland bus services until the company proves that action will be taken and that all affected passengers will be duly informed about the investigation process and outcomes.
