โ โ โ โ โ Called in to make an enquiry. Lady on the line was very rude and told me to "just get straight to the point". When I did, she simply told me that she was not interested and hung up on me. According to the website, GreenAcres closes at 6 and I called in at 5.15, so I do not understand why the lady on the line was so uptight and in a hurry. Hopefully she can learn some basic etiquette before dealing with something as delicate as flowers.

โ โ โ โ โ Exceptional value for money, a similar sympathy wreath would have costed me about 50% markup in bigger florists, and the greenacres was able to accommodate my request for a extra few stalks.
Called florist at 2pm on a Sunday for a same day delivery of wreath to the bereaved family(48hr funeral), and the flowers was promptly delivered at 4pm; the bigger florists I checked with were all only able to deliver 24hrs later! do note there is a delivery surcharge of about $10; well worth the extra for speediness and lovely designs.
