These 24 roses were for my wife, her birthday. Roses were so gorgeous, everyone love it. They were packed in a long box with a perfume candle. Awesome, thank you.

The roses are huge and beautiful, and they last quite a while longer then others. Also, the gift packaging box is so huge and cool that it makes such a grand entrance during delivery.

Edit 13 Feb 2022. Lisa from roses only reached out to me yesterday and explained it was probably an inferior batch due to covid supply chain issues. Acknowledged our feelings and promised to fix it. Today morning the doorbell rang and my wife and I were truly elated when the box of roses were opened. With a sigh of relief she said "ahhh.. this is their standard" Thanks for guaranteeing our happiness roses only. Attached now is updated photo of the roses we got today. Lovely! --- Second time ordering from them. First time was a great experience and had lovely flowers. Today received an early vday bunch for the Mrs and we both stared blankly at the roses. Much smaller in size compared to before, and very inconsistent sizes. Emailed customer service and Henry was unapologetic and said it is what it is. Only mentioned the 3 day anti-wilt guarantee. Oh well, there goes their 'happiness guarantee. Hope my wife still appreciates the gesture of micro roses. Box was nice, but felt like quality has gone down.

Wife loves it. Beautiful long stalk roses delivered in a nice box. However, the delivery timing could be improved. It promised between 9am to 1pm and it arrived at 1pm. As it was supposed to be a surprise and we were going out for lunch, the wait for it to arrive was quite stressful. Could have called me to confirm the timing so at least I know when to expect it.

Delivery was on time as requested. Roses were very fresh and smell very nice as told by my wife who received it for her birthday and our wedding anniversary. Top notch and highly recommended to all who might need to gift flowers for their love ones.

After i made my first purchase from Roses Only, I have never purchased any roses from anywhere else. The classy long stalks will definitely bring "wows". Each purchase also comes with instructions on how to sustain the roses for a longer time. This time, the roses also comes with a vase, which was an added bonus.

I made a very last minute delivery order. In fact I ordered this afternoon for a night delivery. I thought it was too late. To my delight the flowers were delivered!! My friend was so surprised. Quality packaging , beautiful fresh flowers! Very impressive. The roses are really affordable too. Keep it up and continue to give us beautiful flowers!
