Am on the Grand weekly subscription and it’s amazing! The house is always filled with colorful flowers. And love how Fresh Bloom adds 2 packets of Chrysal (food for fresh cut flowers). The flowers are of amazing quality and almost half of the flowers last more than a week. Usually, if I get a bundle of flowers for the house, it will cost about the subscription. And for the flowers to be delivered to my door step on time every week, it’s worth it! This is a highly recommended service.

I subscribe to a bi monthly delivery. The first delivery of mostly pink flowers taken on 5 June was very pretty and the flowers lasted close to 1.5 weeks However from the second delivery which is last Sat, even though the garden roses were very pretty, I discovered that the large pink rose was bruised in the middle and petals started dropping the next day. In fact, it didn't last 2 days. The yellow roses also started dropping petals on the 3rd day. I am quite disappointed with the quality of the flowers that were delivered the second time round and I certainly hope that I will not receive flowers of such quality for my subsequent subscriptions.

Flower subscription supposed to come with vase but delivery was late (I requested for morning delivery) and there was no vase. Had to call so many times, customer service always engaged. When I can finally get in touch with someone, they could only deliver the vase at night while flowers are dying. Update: The flower vase only came after 9PM and by then the sunflower was already destroyed. A lot of petals dropped or bruised. Some of the other flowers already fell off as well. The subscription was advertised as self-care but this is very stressful instead. Due to the late vase delivery, I had to work on the flower so late at night when I'm already tired and sleepy. Disappointing experience. Update: they've extended one week of free subscription as compensation, so I'm adding one star for service recovery (only one star because the recovery was only done after 2 emails)

Beautiful, lush fresh flowers! These came as a housewarming gift and I really love them. Will definitely order them for special occasions and as gifts for friends in future.

Ordering with FreshBlooms is like gambling with your money. I bought 1 month of their Classic subscription. For 2 out of 4 weeks, the flowers were delivered in terrible, near dying condition. That equates to a 50-50 chance you’ll get overbloomed, crushed, and withered flowers. Keep it mind it’s around $50 per delivery. I’ve already contacted customer service to highlight this. To their credit, they gave me one complimentary week, but how many can they continue to give out to make up for their inconsistency and inconvenience cause? It seems FreshBlooms can’t live up to their brand commitment.

My delivery slot was 9am-1pm but it arrived close to 5pm tdy. Ordered for my mom for mother's day. Pls consider informing customers of delivery delays and estimated arrival time via sms/email/order tracking in future. Called customer service at abt 2pm and was told the delivery persons were uncontactable and so they cldnt tell me an estimated arrival time. They did apologise and said it was due to high vol of mother's day orders. I really wanted to be arnd when my Mom receives it as a surprise, so I ended up cancelling the rest of my Saturday plans to wait w/o knowing when it'll actually arrive. I understand major occasions can be overwhelming and delays can happen from the business perspective. But from a customer's perspective, major occasions are true tests of service and product quality. The flowers arrived ok, but imo they weren't as fresh as I had hoped.

A regular subscription for home-delivered flowers is one of the best decisions I've made with regards to establishing a comfortable Work-From-Home setting. The blooms are of good quality, and come carefully packaged every time. They add so much beauty to my environment.
