Greenlink Medical Clinic - 807 Yishun Ring Rd

My family and I have been going to this clinic for a few years. I feel that Dr Gideon is careful in checking me when I am sick and he spends some time to explain my condition. The 2 staff are also friendly and helpful. But the clinic can be quite crowded and the waiting time can be quite long. I think they cut down their opening times recently.

Rude nurses and doctor inpatient when I feedback about the nurses. It’s not the first time and apparently the doc mentioned many ppl complain abt his nurses. They are super rude. Love to raise their voice at customers.

Wanted to have my ART test done and so glad I found them. The doctor and staffs are very caring and patiently explained all the procedures needed. The test done smoothly as well. Appreciate their service :)

Very nice and friendly doctor. However he prescribed me multiple strong exfoliating products and ruined my skin barrier, further worsening my skin condition. Please do better for your future patients.

I came on a tuesday, where their morning opening hours as stated were 8.30a.m - 2.45p.m, but when i arrived at 11a.m, the counter staff said that regustration was already closed, whereas on the counter it clearly stated that last registration is 15 minutes before close. I came the next day, with intentions to register my daughter for her 18months old vaccination, it was her first time here, the counter staff asked me why i did not go to the regular clinic that my daughter goes to, i dont see how that matters as all the previous milestone checks and vaccinations for my daughter had been from different clinics and all the doctors were able to determine what my child needed to come in for based on the records in her health booklet. The counter staff also asked for my daughter's birth cert, stating that all this vaccinations were subsidised so she has to take in all my daughter's personal details thoroughly, which i agree, but then she went in to speak with the doctor, came out and told me i had to find another clinic because the doctor doesnt do child vaccinations anymore. If that is true, why go through the hassle of asking me all those questions and getting all those details. So i guess they just flat out rejected me because the doctor did not want to go through the trouble of finding out what my daughter needed to come in for that day, even after i told them it was for her 18 months old vaccination. First time here, bad experience, never coming again.

Very professional and patience Doctor, my family has been visiting Dr Hong for more than a decade... never met such friendly and caring front desk clinic assistants before.... Good clinic and doctor.
